Passengers must be able to stand unassisted for at least an hour, be able to bend their knees to take the seated landing position, follow all instructions given by the pilot and react quickly in the unlikely event of an emergency
Passengers must be sure they do not have any pre-existing or current medical conditions which could be affected by a hot air balloon flight including but not exclusively recent major surgery
The basket provides easy access: Two compartments have doors with just a small step up and down. The other two compartments have foot holes in the basket to help you climb in and out
Vouchers are valid for use on weekdays from April to October
Sunrise flights take off approximately one hour after sunrise
Sunset flights take off around three hours before sunset
Participants should arrive at least one hour before take-off
Weather conditions need to be optimal for balloons to fly safely
If the weather forecast is deemed unsuitable your flight will be rescheduled
Participants must phone at 10:30 on the evening before for sunrise flights or at 13:00 on the day for sunset flights to check the status of the flight and arrival time.
