Enjoy a fun and relaxed cookery class at the renowned Bertinet Kitchen, run by French chef and Baker, Richard Bertinet. During this superb fish and seafood class, a wide range of skills will be covered, including scaling, skinning and knife techniques, in addition to a range of cooking methods.
