Enjoy a fun and relaxed cookery class at the renowned Bertinet Kitchen, run by French chef and Baker, Richard Bertinet. During this superb fish and seafood class, a wide range of skills will be covered, including scaling, skinning and knife techniques, in addition to a range of cooking methods. Following the class, lunch with wine will be served.

Agenda

Classes start at 10am and last for approximately five and half hours. The class is suitable for all abilities and includes hands-on participation as well as practical demonstration. A wide range of skills are covered, including scaling, skinning and knife techniques as well as a variety of cooking methods and recipes.
