Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of the chefs at the Smart School of Cookery. Then, after a brief overview of what to expect from the class, you will get changed into your chef’s apron ready for action. You’ll learn how to chop, cut, slice and dice vegetables like a pro. You’ll learn ways of keeping your knife sharp. And you’ll learn the skill of filleting a fish and de-boning a chicken. This experience is 100% hands on. The chef will demonstrate each task, then you will practice your hopping, filleting and boning skills with guidance from the chef. Once the class is completed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a knife chart with useful information relating to the knives for you to refer back to when cooking at home.
