The Bear Grylls Adventure iFLY is a brilliant indoor skydiving adventure at the Birmingham NEC! It has been inspired by Bear's very own love of freefall. And nothing gets more thrilling than experiencing freefall. The iFLY vertical wind tunnel has a huge fan which provides enough force to keep you balanced and hovering in mid air. No plane jump and no parachute - just the speed of the wind keeping you up there! The time you will be in the air for each flight will be the equivalent of freefalling from 12,000ft. After your welcome and briefing, a professional jump instructor will teach you how to enter the wind tunnel and show you the body positions to adopt and the hand signals to use to communicate with the instructors. You will then make your way into the tunnel for your first of two flights. Although Bear will not be there, the words he would be telling you at this point are 'Be bold, trust your instincts'. If you successfully master the art of balance in the first flight, why not try a few tricks on the second! If this experience was not brilliant enough as it is, you will also get FREE entry to the Bear Grylls assault course.

8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on site
All guests participating in an activity need to complete our general attraction waiver. Please note that you will complete this form on site on arrival, so there is no need to print and complete ahead of time
Due to the nature of our activities, pregnant guests are not permitted to take part in any of our experiences at The Bear Grylls Adventure
