First rate experience. The staff were pleasant, courteous and wanted us to enjoy the experience. The trip took 25 minutes and the pilot allowed the people in each side of the helicopter to see all the views so that no-one missed anything of Bath and Bristol.

All round excellent. It was easy to book, and the staff helped when I had a question. On the day, the venue parking wasn't ideal, but wasn't difficult to sort out and didn't dampen the experience. Everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful. The experience itself was brilliant. We got lucky with the weather but despite being worried the time would flash by, it was actually enough. All round excellent day.
