New Experience - Car Crush Tank Driving
We have launched an exciting new Experience for Christmas - The Car Crush Tank Driving Experience!
You will arrive at 1000 hrs in Measham and will be collected from the car park and taken down to the course. After introductions of staff members and persons taking part, everyone is invited to dress in Army Combat Kit which is provided for them. After the saftey briefing you will break down into groups and be allocated Vehicles and Instructors. Driving will then begin and in the morning session 2 different types of vehicles are driven by everybody. You will then break for lunch before starting the Car Crush! After all participants have driven over the Car you will carry on with driving of the remaining vehicles. Regular breaks are taken during the driving to swop drivers around in the vehicles just as would happen for real in the Army whilst learning to drive. There are plenty of hot drinks available throughtout the day along with hot food during the Lunch break. The point of the day, is that the onus is on giving the drivers and spectators maximum enjoyment driving our vehicles. The day will end at 1600 hours thereby giving some 6 hours at our course and allowing maximum driving time in each vehicle. Each driver will be instructed exactly as the army would expect their soldiers to drive, pointing out techniques for the most comfortable and safe ride.
