You can enjoy the thrill of a lifetime with this fantastic aerobatic flying experience. Youll take off in a vintage de Havilland Chipmunk, and youll be able to perform level turns, make radio calls and fly the plane to touchdown under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Your instructor will also perform a variety of sensational manoeuvres that are sure to get your heart racing, including loops and rolls! There will be the opportunity to take photographs after youve landed.

Itinerary:
    Upon arrival you will be met by your experienced instructor who will give you a pre-flight walk around of the aircraft - a de Havilland Chipmunk - after which you will sit in the front cockpit for a full briefing. You will be engaged in the starting of the aircraft, making some radio calls. After takeoff you will climb to 1000ft, when you will be given a demonstration of pitch and roll. You will then climb to 4000ft, and once you have levelled off the instructor will reduce the power and give you the chance to perform level turns at various bank angles. You will have a wonderful view of the local area & the North Devon Coast.You will then receive a demonstration of G-forces, before the instructor performs a loop followed by a roll. You will then take over for the descent and approach to the airfield and make radio calls, entering the circuit of the airfield. Then you fly the aircraft down to touchdown! You will shut down the engine and then have the opportunity for a photo shoot, where youll be able to pose next to the plane with any friends or family you may have brought along with you.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Minimum age is 14. The maximum weight for this is 14 stone and maximum height is 6'2?. You should wear soft soled shoes and bring gloves in cold weather. Please be advised that this may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness or blackouts, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. For their own safety diabetics may be required to produce a medical certificate. Disabled participants are welcome (please discuss with the operator). Cameras can be used on the day and on the ground by relatives, even around the planes, but they are prohibited inside the cockpit for safety reasons. Spectators are welcome at no additional cost.
