
WHEN CAN YOU DRIVE?
The Experience runs at various times throughout the day on selected Saturdays and Weekdays and some bank holidays throughout the year.
HOW LONG WILL YOU BE AT THE VENUE?
The time spent at the venue will vary from experience to experience, Skid control events start at 2 1/2 hours and can last upto 7 hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW
You must be at least 17 years old (under 18 year olds need parental consent on the day) High speed events such as rallying are not suitable for those with heart, back or neck conditions, nor if you are pregnant.
Maximum weight is 18 stone, maximum height 6’4” minimum height 5'2”. A full valid UK or European driving licence will need to be brought and shown on the day.
All people attending should wear suitable driving footwear such as trainers or soft-soled shoes. Or clothing that is suitable for the outdoor and prevailing weather conditions.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO?
You can book for up to 12 people to run as a group in the same time slot (subject to availability) and there can be upto 4+ participants per instructor.
Spectators are encouraged to attend. You are allowed up to a maximum of three spectators to share your day. Any extra spectators will be charged a small fee per person to cover the cost of refreshments and insurance.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Activities will be cancelled only in extreme weather conditions, in which case participants will be contacted by telephone.

The Experience is held at Manby Motorplex
Manby, Nr Louth Lincolnshire.

What else can be said about these experiences other than fun, learn skid control manuvers that provide real practical benefits in road safety, to a 'fun' skid course that is less intense but still as good.
ITINERARY
- Bronze: Foundation course covering oversteer and understeer.
- Silver: Covering oversteer, understeer, evasive action & downhill on ice.
- Gold: Recap oversteer, understeer, evasive action and downhill on ice with further instruction on emergency stops and slippery surfaces.
Advanced Driving Academy Skid and Road Course
- This is a fulldays course
- Lunch is included.
- The day is divided into two, half with the tuition in the skid car and the other half is spent out on the public roads with trained advanced instructors.
